Key Account Manager Lithuania  

Requirements: ·

• Active sales experience in the B2C segment;
• Presentation and argumentation skills;
• Self-motivation, ability to independently organise work and willingness to help clients;
• Excellent communication skills - good knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian; English will be considered an advantage;
• Interest in IT technologies;
• Higher or incomplete higher education in business management or IT will be considered an advantage;
• Category B driving license.

Duties:        

• Achieving sales goals by actively attracting new customers and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers;
• Product presentation to new customers;
• Implementation of sales strategy and execution of sales budget;
• Updating and maintaining sales data in the CRM system.

Pre-Sales Engineer

Requirements:

• The ability to explain the competitive advantages of the offered products and services, the ability to differentiate from competitors;
• Experience in installing and integrating server solutions and SAN storage systems;
• Experience with virtualization systems at the level of creating high availability clusters;
• Fluent in Lithuanian;
• Reading and understanding technical documentation in English without an interpreter is a must, speaking English will be an advantage;
• An understanding of how a Pre-sale engineer differs from a system administrator, DevOps, etc.;
• Awareness of new products and trends in the server hardware market.
• Ability and desire to learn a lot and quickly, including independently (obligatory);
• Experience in setting up a network infrastructure (VPN, Vlan, link aggregation) - preferably, knowledge at the CCNA level will be an advantage;
• Driver’s license and be ready to travel to Estonia and Lithuania.

Duties:

• Designing complex solutions for IT infrastructure (SAN / NAS storage, backup systems, network equipment, virtualization systems, DLP systems, infrastructure software);
• Providing consultations on products and solutions, identifying customer needs, preparing and agreeing on configurations;
• Drawing up competitive comparisons, explanatory notes, technical specifications; 
• Passing professional certification required for the distribution of hardware and software;
• Presentations for partners and customers, participating in negotiations as a technical consultant.

RMA MANAGER

Objectives:

• Communication with customers regarding warranty issues (mail, phone, internet messengers);
• RMA acceptance of goods from customers and their registration in the IT system of the enterprise;
• Testing of devices received from customers in order to confirm the defect claimed by the customer. Ability to perform minor repairs;
• Selection, coordination and organization of the issuance of exchange devices to customers;
• Communication with RMA departments of manufacturers, service centers.

Requirements:

• Good Knowledge of languages: Lithuanian, English, Russian;
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, components and related products;
• The ability to identify a problem and find a solution for it;
• Good communication skills.
